What a difference a year makes...
To God be the glory great things He has done. It is hard to believe that it is just over a year since Ashley joined us and Solid Ground became a Trio. God has been so good to us in the past twelve months and to Him we give all the glory. Again we thank God for allowing us to help spread the gospel in song. We look forward to a short break from singing but already the diary is pretty full with bookings as far ahead as September 2009. We pray that we will have wisdom as we plan ahead in God's will.

Solid Ground are now having a break as the boys go on holiday over the next few weeks and return to practice on the last week of July before singing at Laura & Ashley's wedding on Tuesday August 5th.

1500 Hits!
We have been taken aback at the amazing number of 'hits' on the Solid Ground Blog Page since its inception on 31 October 2007. In less than 6 months there have been just over 1500 hits from the following country's: Africa, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Central Europe, Malaysia, Mexico, United Kingdom and United States of America. The wonderful thing is that while Solid Ground may never sing in these country's, the good news of the gospel is being spread every time someone clicks onto our web page. While we praise God for allowing us to be just a tiny part in His master plan, we must never forget, at very best we are only 'Sinners saved by Grace'. To Him be all the glory!
