This was the first time that Solid Ground sang at the 'Upper Room' outreach although some had been on the premises before as the building was formerly used by Armagh Baptist Church. Stephen gave a short word of testimony as Solid Ground sang quite a few pieces. The local speaker Mark, challenged all who attended as he spoke on 'Faith'.

Bloomfield Methodist ChurchSolid Ground had the privilege of singing at the Wedding of Jackie McCrystal and Rebecca Willock at Bloomfield Methodist Church, Belfast. "How Deep the Fathers Love For Us" was a special request by the Bride & Groom. The service was conducted by Rev. Colin Duncan, minister of the church. We wish Jackie & Rebecca God's richest blessing for their future.

Limavady Baptist Church
Solid Ground had a good time of fellowship with the folks in Limavady although in unfamiliar settings of Limavady High School as the renovation work on their church building continues. Pastor Wilson had flu so brother Hugh Moon was the speaker and spoke from Acts 16. The story of the Philippian jailer - 'What must I do to be saved'.

Friday 7th March 2008. Solid Ground with a few friends, enjoyed an amazing night at a packed Kings Hall, Belfast. Taking part were - Jeff & Sheri Easter, Gordon Mote, Janet Paschal, Kevin Williams, Gaither Vocal Band, and Ernie Hasse & Signature Sound. Four hours of amazing live vocal talent praising God.

It was good to know Gods help as Solid Ground sang a number of pieces telling of the fact that it was love which led the Saviour to bleed and die for all and there is sufficient grace for all who believe. Pastor Maxwell spoke on the call of God in our lives.
