Sunday 11th - Bethany Free Presbyterian Church, Portadown
Solid Ground started their 2015 engagements with a visit to Bethany Free Presbyterian. It had been a year or two since Solid Ground last had the privilege of sharing with the congregation in Portadown and it was good to renew fellowship. On a blustery winter evening, a warm welcome was felt upon entering into the building. Rev Ken Elliot led the meeting and Rev Darryl Abernethybrought the Word from Exodus.
Solid Ground had the opportunity to minister with four pieces namely, I Will Serve Thee, Nothing But The Blood, Plan of Salvation and Oh, The Thought That Jesus Loves Me. A sincere thank you to those responsible for the supper after the meeting which was gratefully received!
The next engagement for Solid Ground is this Friday at Craigavon Civic Centre for the World Gospel Missions Annual Dinner.
